1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

1.1. The local charitable organization "Life without limits " (hereafter called the “Organization”) is a membership based, charitable organization. Its purpose is to unite on a voluntary basis the legal entities and citizens who have reached the age of majority, for performance of tasks stipulated by this Charter.

1.2. The activity of the Organization is carried out on the basis of legal, humane, and socially responsible means to promote the interests and equality of the rights of its members, the general public. Its members serve as volunteers and it is self-governed by it’s board of trustees.

1.3. The activity the Organization is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “About charity and charitable organizations," current, relevant legislation of Ukraine and this Charter.

1.4. The organization receives the status of a legal entity from the date of state registration, has independent balance current, currency and other accounts in banks, round stamp, angular and other stamps, trademark with the own name, which is affirmed by a general Meeting and is registered and established by current legislation of Ukraine, its orders, and also other essential elements.

1.5. The activity of the Organization is distributed to the region of the Vinnitsa Oblast.

1.6. The place of legal address of the Organization is: Zhovtneva 85, Kozyatyn, Vinnitsa Oblast, 22109, Ukraine.

 

2. PURPOSE, TASK and BASIC FORMS of CHARITIES of the ORGANIZATION

 

2.1. The purpose of activity of the Organization is the realization of charities promoting interests of the people with the limited opportunities to achieve their full potential for high-standard of living and a productive life both at home, and in the broader community.

2.2. The basic tasks of Organization are:

- Assisting the practical realization of local, regional, nation-wide and international programs, which are directed toward the improvement of a socio-economic situation;

- Making tangible improvements in the material situation and assisting the social rehabilitation of needy, invalid and other persons, who require care they cannot provide for themselves,

- Providing legal representation and advice to persons with physical or other demonstrated disabilities to protect their legal and civil rights and interests from exploitation and abuse.

- Assisting disabled persons in achieving a broader level of constructive participation in general society.

- Assisting disabled persons to participate in productive work and gainful employment by granting them help in finding or retaining employment and managing their domestic affairs.

- Granting to the disable persons and those with abnormally limited opportunities basic material necessities and help with ordinary household maintenance activities.

- Assisting in the planning and development of public health services, physical fitness culture and active sports and competitions among disabled persons;

- Participation in providing medical aid and counseling to disabled persons and realization of a social support network for destitute medical or mental health care patients, disabled persons with inadequate means, people artificially isolated from normal social contact, people of advanced age and other persons, which through physical, material or other circumstances require social support and care they cannot obtain by themselves or through other existing means;

- Participation in the creation, organization, development, and introduction of effective, functional programs and systems of physical, psychological and spiritual rehabilitation of disabled persons with the intention to repair or mitigate the consequence of congenital defects, traumas and diseases and to facilitate their adaptation to a general society at a world-class or better standard.
